Top Management defines the Quality Policy implemented by the Metal Work Group as follows:
Product innovation, a business policy oriented to the customers’ actual requirements, implementation of Total Quality Management, Kaizen and Lean business organisation, all combined to allow the Metal Work Group to become a leader in the field of pneumatics for industrial use and automation.
The Metal Work Group is committed to meeting the customers’ needs and expectations.
In order to achieve this goal, Management promotes constant market research activities and the manteinance of a product leadership through the continuous improvement of Quality. The involvement of personnel to pursuit the quality objectives through the development of staff-training and awareness-raising programmes at all company levels is a must for the group.
Management also provides full support on the following issues:

Promoting the Customer Concept to all the stakeholders who, directly or indirectly, use Metal Work Group products to define the requirements and meet the final user’s expectations.
