หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ลูกค้า
- ออกแบบและเลือกอุปกรณ์ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น Drawing, Datasheet และเอกสารประกอบการนำเสนอ
- สนับสนุนทีมขายในการเข้าพบลูกค้าและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์
- ประสานงานกับผู้ผลิตและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
- ให้บริการทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า และตอบคำถามที่เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า,หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Technical Support, Application Engineer หรือ Automation จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากเป็นนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีพื้นฐานดี ยินดีรับพิจารณา
- มีความรู้ด้าน Pneumatic, Automation, Sensor, PLC หรือระบบเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถอ่าน Datasheet และคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษได้
- ใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากสามารถใช้ AutoCAD หรือ SolidWorks ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในการอ่านและเขียน

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation on products to customers
- Design and select equipment appropriate for the intended use
- Prepare technical documents such as drawings, datasheets, and presentation materials
- Support the sales team in customer visits and product presentations
- Coordinate with manufacturers and related departments to resolve technical issues
- Provide technical service to customers and answer product-related questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related fields
- Experience in Technical Support, Application Engineering, or Automation will be given special consideration
- New graduates with a strong educational background are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Pneumatics, Automation, Sensors, PLC, or industrial machinery systems will be given special consideration
- Able to read datasheets and manuals in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to use AutoCAD or SolidWorks will be given special consideration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to read and write in English
